Geneva men’s volleyball program gets the death penalty

Horrible news coming out of Beaver County today, as the Geneva men’s volleyball program has been handed the death penalty due to a player accepting a free ice cream cone in town. Riverhounds have already passed their expected season ticket sales

The Pittsburgh Riverhounds got a new stadium this offseason and are looking to become a more popular franchise amongst Pittsburgh sports lovers in 2013. A report came out yesterday that they have already outsold their expected number of season ticket packages. We talked to David Binder, part owner of the Riverhounds about their early ticket selling successes. “Yeah, we sold two freakin’ packages last week! Four seats total. Can’t believe we’ve doubled our expected sales before the year even ends.”

Pittsburgh Passion used male running back, to vacate all 2012 wins

The Pittsburgh Passion had a fantastic season in 2012, going 8-2 and finishing second in the Woman’s Football Alliance (WFA). However, bad news struck today, as the league has passed down sanctions after discovering that the Passion’s running back, Gary Johnson, was indeed a man.
